Return of Reckoning

After running the update, I followed the directions and had no problems logging into the game.
When logging into my main character Dwine, I was unable to open my bags or abilities.

I tried /reload on Dwine and it did not change anything.

Logged onto another character and they were having the same bug.
Tried /reload and did not solve anything.

I closed the client 100%, relaunched it and during the start up got a black screen with a error message.

I'm relaunching the client to see if it will fix it self because I got another update screen.

Thanks in advance if you've ever heard of this happening or how to solve it.
Really hoping it gets fixed because Dwine means a lot to me and don't want to lose him. =(
