Return of Reckoning

Hey, i played ror more than year ago, now I'm back and started doing quests. I stopped in TC, so the next was Talabek. Completed all quests in ch10, ch11, ch12 and Inevitable power is not there. (33/31, checked once again).
The question is: was it moved somewhere or is it a bug? Can it be refreshed to be obtainable?

I can use the search button and read the wiki.
Quest is missing. That means npc who gives this quest lacks it. I checked 3 chapters in case I occasionally made it, but no. I'm pretty sure it's missing

I like how you opened a ticket for it. The Bugtracker Manager followed up and verified it was working, and then you came on the forums to make a stink about it. Maybe you already did a step and it's waiting for you somewhere else?

I just went in and checket it myself, the opening quest in the questline is there.

You probably did the first step (second, third, etc.) and lost track of it somehow. Since you can use the search button and read, I sugest you check all the npcs that the wiki article mention and backtrack to each one of them to check where you lost the questline.

Well I didn't find my ticket on the bugtracker, so I assume it was deleted prob to inapropriate request w/o the answer.
I wouldn't start a topic if I wasn't sure it's missing, because I already checked all the npcs connected to it and I can't find it, don't have it in quests list also.

We do not delete tickets. I am the guy who checks all incoming tickets first.

Is it important? YES cause its an epic quest.
Do we have an existing ticket for it? No.
Can i verify it in any chance before get in contact with a source or db dev?
In your case: NO - cause i can accept the quest on my own.
(and i did two steps to make sure its fine...)
