setting up new account

Hello, my little sister is trying to set up an account to play but is not recieving any confirmation email, i myself tried to set up a new account for her aswell and encountered the same problem. Both email adresses were not mistyped.
Could the emails be resent please?

Any Microsoft related email accounts (Hotmail, outlook, live, msn etc) block the activation email.

You will need to use different email account i.e. gmail. It will work fine then.
