Raid frame hp bars not updating

Hello all,
I've tried the default frames, HealGrid and Squared and they all seem to suffer from this problem. The hp bars are not always updating properly, for instance it may show someone at 40% hp, but when i click on them they're actually at 100%. My own hp bar in particular almost never updates in realtime.
Anyone else see this? Are there any known raid frames which work properly or am i missing a setting to resolve this?

Healgrid and squared sucks, use the add on called enemys , thats actuall the Best...

Last November some patch broke how unitframes handle showing player HP and location etc, now for example when using Enemy you need full party and all present near you for the information to work properly in showing updates to HP.
If party is just half full, it will fail to function normally.
It's kinda annoying, but what we can we do...

Actually, it seems to be broken regardless of which unit frames you are using, even the default UI was broken last time I checked.

Ok tried some other frames, it's definitely broken.
Are the devs aware? This is pretty game-breaking for healers, no wonder so few people like to heal

Enemy is bugged as well for some time since some game update while ago....
...and yea, for healer is annoying af.

Read above, it would seem ALL versions of unit frames are broken, even the default one

is there a Github error log we can submit bugs like this to? Or do we whisper someone like Dans or Neth in game to make them aware?
