Return of Reckoning

I was researching a bag issue I was having on all characters across both factions. I would have a functioning UI except my bags were not useable and would show only a white page in the bag space.

I loaded an older profile, and the bags were usable again.

I took note of the UI addons that were loaded and active on that profile, and then went to my preferred profile and disabled the addons. Only problem is, I went to "Advanced" and selected all Addons (I am assuming all the [ESC} functionality addons and basic game UI navigation addons) and now I have NO UI and no way to correct it... I can load game, but no way to do anything.

'm not too familiar with any of the files other than addons and Cache (to delete). Wheredo I deleted the Profile out of game?
