Return of Reckoning

Current situation is that TE works as a spell and can be disrupted.
I don't know many maras who stack up int. Is it possible to set it to work from strength and weapon skill?

TE was changed to be undefendable when used from behind the target. viewtopic.php?f=42&t=25051#p282338

Besides that, I don't think there are any other planned changes. Declining since doesn't follow rules for submission.
