Return of Reckoning

hello, my game crash yesterday while I played my slayer in the War Quarter in Altdorf and now when I want to reconnect the game works with my other characters but systematically crash that I connect the slayer.
did anyone have this problem and could help me?

Try to do /stuck twice while loading, so enter /stuck enter /stuck

Having the same problem with 3 chars logged out at the quarters - game crashes instantly

Crash On Load in Altdorf Fix:

1. Restart Game and Log In
2. Select character from character select screen
3. After WAR logo splash screen and DURING the Tome of Knowledge load screen use your keyboard to type the following string;

[Press ENTER], /stuck [Press ENTER], /stuck [Press ENTER]

4. Once that is done, you will see the Tome of Knowledge load screen change to Nordland.
5. Your character will load into game in Nordland

There is a small chance you will load as a chicken. If you do load as a chicken, run to the next warcamp with flightmaster and fly to Altdorf or any other T4 zone and when you land, you will no longer be a chicken.

If you load into Nordland without the chicken debuff, I suggest you fly to Altdorf and NOT use the Guild Scroll or Bind Book. I have no proof that flying avoids the bug, but I have re-bugged when using guild scroll back to Altdorf and had to repeat the process.

I think War Quarter is bugged. Just relogged and was able to get back in but as soon as I hit War Quarter, right back to desktop I go.

I just wanted to say that I'm having the same trouble in War Quarter in Altdorf as well. Game has a high chance of crashing there this week and I have to do the /stuck twice to get my character back, otherwise I crash on loading into the game with that stuck character.

We know it and we are already investigating the problem

a suggestion, likely just some bad geometry I experienced it as well and /stuck x2 got the char out and a different character left the area through the same spot but had been logged beside the pvp gear merchants. Guessing it's a fall through the floor issue. Unlike IC there's no open void below to continue falling and die. it happened going UP the ramp w/o the gates past Sigmar's. I'd try checking the floor there up to the gear merchants.

update, I'll have to check coordinates AFTER I get the same character back out... i'ts coming around the last corner via sigmar's church(renown/mastery trainer area) the last ramp up on the right tight to the wall. will try a different 1 but closer to the left hand wall. now if I can get in to the bug tracker to write this out properly...

I tried the method above. The TOK switched to Norsca, then bumped me to character selection. Click play on the same toon again, and I arrive in Norsca, no crashing. Is it safe to go back to IC once again?

Glad it worked for you. It should be safe to return to IC/Altdorf once you arrive in Norsca. I suggest you do not use Guild Scroll or Book of Binding to avoid the bug again. I suggest you fly using Flight Masters.
