Return of Reckoning

Hello. I've got a problem with logging in to the game with my main acc. Support says my acc is not banned but i keep getting Account suspended message. I've tryed to change pasword and to log in from another PC.
ps: got no problem to log in with freshly created account.

Can any one help me?

5 days passed still no anwser...
