Cant log in on one of my toons

I was just playing my Brightwizard, went to go to praag as soon as I did it kicked me to character select. Now I cant reenter on my Brightwizard but I clan play all my other toons and go to praag just fine I'm not sure what to do.

its funny I'm on my IB now and in guild roster it says my BW is on in praag

Happens rarely, character gets stuck loading somewhere and just stays online. Sometimes we can force them into another zone, sometimes it just stays stuck.

ah ok so a reboot will resolve this issue like you said? looks like I'm working on the ib for awhile lol.
