Loading Screen

After I created a new character for the first time i clicked the character and it started its at a screen that says Norsca its a book of some sort with a loading logo in the right bottom corner it wont go any further than this screen just says loading can someone pleese help ?

reextract/redownload the game. sounds to me that your files are corrupt.
