Return of Reckoning

I was playing and halfway got kick out to server selection screen and could not login to server.
So I click quit and launch the client and the error message occurred message pop out.
"Could not connect to Login server
System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (0x80004005): No connection co
because the target machine actively refused it 46.105.54.77:8000
at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Connect(IPAdress adress, Int32
at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Connect(String host, Int32 port)
at RoRLauncher.Client.Connect()"

Please help.
