Return of Reckoning

Hi Guys,

Been an Return Of Reckoning player in the past and decided to pickup playing again. Having trouble both logging in and recovering my old account.

Hopefully someone can help,

Put in my old details and i'm told it doesn't exist. I thought perhaps i'm not using the correct ones so lets reset everything, again the reset form tells me that my information is incorrect. Whenever I attempt to 'signup' again using my login email/original email for RoR i'm told that the email is already in use.

How is it that it tells me that my account doesn't exist in one place but at the same time telling me that my account does exist in another.

Is there a way for a mod to send a reset email to the original address without using the form as it doesn't seem to want to recognise my email?

Did you try to use your actual Username which was created for the login launcher? I could be wrong but I thought the launcher only accepts Usernames and no email address? Also consider that login launcher game account is different from forum user account, which leaves you with 2 different accounts. Again I could be wrong but that's the only thing I can think of atm. Good luck and I hope you can get it sorted.
