Can't play on Servers

Everytime I start the game, the login server is red and it always gives a message saying:

Could not connect to Login server
System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file 'C:\Users\georg\Downloads\Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning\data.myp' because it is being used by another process.
at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath)
at System.IO.FileStream.Init(String path, FileMode mode, FileAccess access, Int32 rights, Boolean useRights, FileShare share, Int32 bufferSize, FileOptions options, SECURITY_ATTRIBUTES secAttrs, String msgPath, Boolean bFromProxy, Boolean useLongPath, Boolean checkHost)
at System.IO.FileStream..ctor(String path, FileMode mode, FileAccess access, FileShare share)
at RoRLauncher.Client.SendCheck()
at RoRLauncher.Client.Connect()

I have tried many ways to try and fix this (looking up videos and posts). But I can't figure out how I can fix this problem. This seems like such a good Warhammer game and I really want to play. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Maybe you dont have the d3dx9_34.dll file, I always had to download it seperate and put it in my warhammer online folder, when im doing a new install.

Copy the game folder and launch it from the copy. cuz it may be still used by your torrent app

Step 5

GAME CLIENT SETUP

After the torrent has finished downloading, be sure to stop the torrent and move the downloaded files OUT of your download location. Copy the entire folder if you wish to support the torrent and leave it running.

After you have moved the folder, right click the WAR folder, open Properties, and uncheck Read-Only. Apply to all files.
Some users may need to follow this process if they do not have full access. Document folders marked read only
