will it stay where it's at? or is the goal to eventually cap it at 15/30 like it was in live?

T1 level cap was 15, so should it be here. Renown cap progression for RoR is to be decided.

Pardon my extreme noobness. I've only browsed through the forums lightly and haven't found any specific info on this yet.

If the lvl cap will be 40/80 make special vendor for doomflayer and warpforged skin but whitout stats =) !

That was at endgame in t4, this is just about tier 1

So I'm guessing the idea is to progress ever so smoothly across tiers, until the 4th is released and so forth?

Soon RoR will be serious oponett for Eternal Crusade game, we must juste change name of ROR for Eternal Farm:))
After farmin all gear lev 11, we have cap 15 so farm all again, and next cap again and again:)
In fact, this is another bright side of this game, y have no time to be bored of y equipment.

1.4.8 set it =2x of your rank and free after rank 40, that was fine
