New RvR Loot System

I know you've just added a new RvR Loot System, which I think we can all agree is much better than the old system, But I'm wondering if there could be a better way, if everyone agrees. Reduce the chance (or contribution towards upper level bags, Gold, Purple) for them to drop on zone locks, in favor for being able to choose the Conqueror piece or Genesis Piece that you get from those bags. I think it's quite **** that when you do eventually get a Gold or Purple, you're still relying on RNG and you end up getting a second or third gold bag with the same piece in (or you've already bought a piece of Conq with medallions), this also adds the effect that it's bad to buy Conqueror gear with Medallions until you can ensure that you get all 6 pieces when you do eventually spend your medallions.
I think the trade off of even rarer gold / purple bags in order to be able to get any piece you want on those bags is fair and a nicer way to gear up.

I think it is already easy enough to get the best gear in-game

... i am 27/43 and could buy 2.5 of the cheaper conq items...

Great, but you cant buy those pieces yet for risk of a gold bag dropping them.
It's easy to get the gear especially in a group, but that doesn't make the system good for getting the gear.

I wouldn't say it's easy. I got only 3 pieces of conqueror in almost 4 months.
But I think the new system is actually good, especially now when we can see the roll bonus. Just duplicates ruin it. If you're unlucky enough you can spend months and months getting the same piece that you already have. 10, 20, 100 conqueror boots in a row. Of course, eventually you will buy the set for medallions, even if it will take you a year. But what about genesisor or subjugator? Theoretically, you may never ever get the piece you need.

Reducing the chance to get duplicated would make it far too easy to gear up, and thus, make the gear feel less rewarding.
The longer the grind is for a particular objective, the more satisfying it will be when it is completed.

The changes you suggest imo don’t help, it assumes that the gold bag is the way to get the set rather than a bonus. Simple enough to get currency and not a good thing to move the goal from currency to bags.

In no way it would make gearing up easy. We already have an rng loot system in place and gold bags don't drop like hot cookies. A second RNG check in the form of duplicates is not necessary. It doesn't make the gear feel more rewarding, it just makes you feel like you're doing the same thing over and over without any reward at all. It also defeats the purpose of the new personal loot system, that by just playing the game you will eventually get the gear. Well not with duplicates. You may get the same piece 5, 10, 100, 1000 times. Such kind of soul-crushing, pointless RNG-fest tops most F2P Korean mmos. I fail to understand how can you defend it.

If you manage to win the same piece 5, 10, 100, 1000 times, two things.
1. Invest in Magical Salvaging and make some nice talismans.
2. Just buy the piece you're missing with Conq medallions since 1000 zone battles will afford you at least that much, even if you're bad.

Genesis and Subjugator are working as intended then.
Considering the rate at which you acquire blue and purple bags, comparatively to our previous system, I wouldn't expect it to change any further.
