Missing gold bag from RvR

Hi,
Today I participated in an RvR and my gold bag roll was consumed but no gold bag was in my mail. I would just like to get the bag if possible!

Nope.
We've never replaced missing bags.

There is a high chance that you will get your bag after server restart, happened to me twice and twice I had bag waiting for me after server restart

I just had the exact same issue today. Rolled a gold bag in Black Crag and got nothing in the mail.

Didnr get a purple bag a few days ago.
won a couple of bags that came right away, then a couple days later the purple bag showed up.
