how the server-crew is balancing?

i have a short question.
what is the point for the server crew to balance on this server?
6v6? 1v1? 24v24? zerg vs zerg? class to class?

thanks for the quick answer but thats the balance rules not the priority from the balance

Kann es gerade nicht finden. Minimum war aber 6vs6 oder höher. Definitiv nicht 1vs1.

ich entsinne mich das mythic ihrer zeit damals sagte balance wird generell an 6v6 angeschaut, wollte halt wissen ob es hier auch so eine faustregel gibt in der serverleitung

This covers the methodology we generally use. Nothing is set in stone however.

This does not mean that 6v6 is our primary goal, as scenarios vary between 6v6, 12v12 and 18v18 and Open RvR can involve much greater numbers than that. It merely indicates that we are not interested in balancing the game for engagements involving fewer players than 6v6."

Yes, the devs have a very high preference for Engis. When Destro guilds see the Bitterstone Thunderers in the field they tremble, because of their fear of all the OP fotm l33tsk1llz Engi class with insane direct AoE damage and unbelievable AoE morale dump with great morale generation tactics. Not to mention all the boiband 6 mans running at least 1 or 2 engineers who are always top kills in the zone and who can shred a character with rifles from 2kms in 1s. The worst part are the grenade launcher and mortar builds where they farm you in your warcamp from their warcamp. What's next will they be given the ability to dig trenches? Oh man those damn Engis!
