Return of Reckoning

So after changing some setting in my NVDIA Control Panel launcher wont open. I try to unckeck the Read Only but after its done then it auto ticks Read Only again. What can I do ?

My launcher wont open either.
I haven't changed any settings in NVDIA myself but my pc did an update while I was online ever since the game launcher wont run.
Any help would be massively appreciated.
