Return of Reckoning

When attempting to log into the game the launcher gets stuck in a Timed out / Logging in loop. The only way I seem to get past this is to delete the UserSettings file in the User folder. But sometimes I can go a week or two without having to do this. But now its back again. Is there something I can do to avoid having to delete this file everytime I login? I'm kinda getting tired of having to redo all my UI settings and keybinds every time I log in.
