Return of Reckoning

The way it is written it should say that the abilities build 100% faster. Or you could leave the number and say 50% less build time.

Ability text cannot be changed without client control, which the game doesn't have right now.

Can you explain exactly what's wrong with the wording? The morale infact makes your abilities build 50% faster, which is also the exact wording on it.

I can explain but only that I was relatively stoned and apparently become bad @ math when high.
