chicken debuff I keep getting it from joining bugged scenarios

Ive had to endure (woe is me, but still) an hour of chicken debuff in last few weeks due to joining a scenario and it either telling me "ive moved outside world" or "scenario unavailable" and auto 10 minute debuff. Shouldn't be debuffed for a scenario shutting down
