I love this tactic, having a dot on an otherwise dottless class is just awesome to me.

I'm just curious about some specifics, mainly the tooltip damage value, it is increased via strength or I thought so at least. initially with low strenght its around 400 ish damage over 5 seconds.

When you start getting into the 900 strength areas, is where the tactic really starts to look appealing, I have got it to say up to 750 damage over 5 seconds, which to me is nuts, in a good way .

But knowing it was probably to good to be true, glad I checked. with around 900 strength, it does about 87 per tick 25 mitigated 5 times, and can crit which is nice, doesn't proc skull thumper though, is that a bug?

this doesn't even add up to the tooltip damage though

adding roughly 200 strength yielded a small 18 damage increase per tic. while the tooltip showed a significant increase.

It used to be really good when each tick could proc DaBiggest.

Can it crit? Never really used it seriously tbh.

EDIT: Oops, just read that part. Weird how it doesn't proc skullthumper.
Would make a decent combo if it proc'd your bellows to go along with Loudmouth as well.

It used to and it was quietly removed in T3 days (first tic could proc) wo taking into account a sm have way more x2 hit abilities to trigger BEs. (Even more so now when BS is on a 10s timer).

So what's your current tactic setup? I'm curious which tactic did you replace to make space for 'ave another one, I feel like there's no spot left for such a lacklustre tactic.

Maybe for some solo/duel shennanigans, otherwise no space for it really. Especially when it can't proc bellows or skull thumper.

Yeah, Pretty much not slotting it any more. I was just smashin faces with 2h, loudmouth,SYG,gork smash, ave another one. the damage is still okay, but its just about as good with 500 strength as it is with 900 strength. I'm going to use gud at big choppin or toughness debuff tactic from now on, if i'm going all damage.
