louncher-not possible to click it-need help

Hello,
i have a Problem. Since it the Login Server wasnt available, i cant click my louncher. it is not possible to start the game since two days. nothing happen if i click on the louncher.
Can somebody help me? what can i do? create a new account?
i would be grateful to get an fast Reply here.
