Return of Reckoning

I started to play yesterday, and I created a char but I didn't like the gameplay so I deleted it, and I create another one with same name, and the game say " You have entered a duplicate or invalid name. PLease enter new name" but I deleted my last character so it's no one have this name, how can I fix it please ?

usually servers restart (EU time) early Saturdays. However sometimes the server crashes and sometimes we apply hotfixes
