Return of Reckoning

When I click on the launcher, I immediately get a pop-up window with the following error:

Could not connect to Login server
System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (0x80004005): No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 46.105.54.77:8000
at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Connect(IPAddress[] addresses, Int32 port)
at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Connect(String host, Int32 port)
at RoRLauncher.Client.Connect()

The game was working fine on the same PC earlier, but I had to reinstall after losing a hard drive. Any suggestions?

Im glad I wasn't the only one. I was afraid I screwed something up again with the add-on mods that came with the game. Time is currently 14:24 Central Standard TIme-US (Chicago). Is anyone aware of when it might be up again?
