I am not sure what you mean by "this depend which conexion I am using in the moment I want to play" . What kind of connection are you using ?

Regarding "in the hall before appear your characters, in the little black window " do you have a screenshot where that error appears ?

Yes I have a screenshoot of the error.

That I try to explain with conection is ,that I have played the game perfectly in the university or in some friends house but then if I play in my house appear this error and I can't play. Well some times I have tryed enter in the game like 10 times or more and at the end the game works but this is totally random XD

Never seen that error. Maybe it is provider or network device related so what i would try first is to reset the router in your house and see how that goes. If that is not helping i would try to setup a connection through a vpn. There are many available, a free one that i use for other games is this one:

http://www.vpngate.net/

Are you playing the game at your friends house or at your campus from the same computer (notebook or something) ?

Check firewall settings and open WAR ports.

If this won't help just play through your cell internet access.

I have checked firewall settings and war ports are opened so i have no idea what is wrong. I have reseted my router too but any change.

The issue might be your ISP too - do you have a friend with same ISP as you where you could go and check this? If it happen to them too this should rule out all other possibilities.

As i have said, try it with a vpn connection. If anything works from the campus and anything works from your friends house than it is very likely that it has to do something with the provider you are using at home.

Yea , all works in my campus and my friends house and it is so frustrating that only have problems with this game and no with others. And I have no idea how to solve this XD. I have never used a vpn connection, and don't know how it works, I need investigate it hahahah. will it work for this game only or will it affect other processes on my pc?
