need help my account was suspended last what i do was aoe dmg as bright wizard on chrase at tower, i hit 5-8 guys then i was suspended pls help

The server makes an automatic mensage when the server goes down, and make it looks like the account is banned (when in reality is not)

Server is down, right now, are you sure it was a real bane? wait untill the server is up other time and check it, probably was simply an automatic mensage.

Don't worry mate, thats just the stock message that gets displayed upon server crash. Unless you find a nasty email stating that you are being indeed banned/suspended, everything is fine.
