Return of Reckoning

Problem:
Months ago the tactic Destroy Confidence was removed from game, due to over preforming against the shaman. This left the knight with one less tactic than every other class.

Solution:
I propose a rework of the tactic to some other helpful effect on removal of enchantment. Perhaps have Destroy Confidence give you 300 points of morale whenever shatter confidence removes a enchantment.
-Order needs more ways to either counter or compete with destruction morale gain.
-Chosen self pump is 200 on a 3 sec cooldown on block, 300 on a 5 sec cooldown conditional ability doesn't feel too powerful.
If morale gain is deemed too strong maybe a morale drain or some other debuff/buff on enchantment removal could be considered.

Not a problem that knight has one less tactic than every other class. There are plenty of tactics for all classes that aren't used.
