Return of Reckoning

I've made my acc a long time ago and i dont quite remember when it might be a year back non the less i came here to ask bcus a friend persuaded me to start again, and so i installed the game again but my 2 chats are missing from the lobby it was a low lvled zealot and squid herder if im not wrong. Am wondering if you ppl delete chars after a long absence and if not can someone atleast tell me where are these chars now?

Not that it bothers me that much but in case i stick into the game i would like to know if this will be an issue bcus i wont have the patience to start all over the whole adventure, and im pretty sure high jacking hamming hacking is not the issue atleast not from my pc its impossible.

So yea someone check this for me if possible and let me know too thank you in advance.

We haven't deleted any characters in about 2 years. There's no automated systems that do so. We also don't restore characters.

Any idea why i cant see them?
