A Newbies Road TO PVP !

Hello,
so I got some questions for you guys since this is my first time playing RoR and I need some help
I AM DESPERATE !!!
#1 Anybody knows what the sub sequence Add on does and how to use it ?
#2 I am having tons of disconnects during sieging periods. My pc shouldnt be a problem with 16GB ddr4 memo and 6gb VRAM on gpu. What can I do about it ?
#3 What are the best option for the greatest image in the game ?
#4 In my Buffhead Add On should I allow every debuff/buff to apear on my player ?
#5 Yesterday after killing a lord a message appeared saying "You somehow gained more EXP than you should" something like that I dont remember it excactly and I didnt gained any rewards for killing the lord. Why did this happen ?
#6 Where or how can I find the best places to roam in RvR areas ?
