The character is lost.

Good afternoon. I have not played for a long time, now I decided to return and found that my 38 level bright wizard disappeared. Can I somehow return it, if I have already created several other characters? Thank you.

There has been a big wipe clearing inactives. Longer then 6 months or so at least.

That was almost 2 years ago now, and it would have only affected T3 characters, not a R38.
We don't restore characters either way.
