Return of Reckoning

Earlier this evening i had some internet issues and i ended up getting disconnected from the server 4-5 times a few minutes apart. Now i logged in and all the quests in my quest log got cleared. lost progress on a lot of stuff. I got two questions, should i report this on the bugtracker and is there any way i can get this rolled back?

wait for server restart, this bug was quite common few months ago and quests were back after restart in most cases

worst case scenario is that is something new but for now just be patient and wait for restart
