LVL 15 Wicked Gear

I've noticed loads of lvl 15 wicked gear on Order AH. I have seen none on Destro. Are these mobs available on destro? Spill the beans man.

As far as I'm aware:
Order can farm Lv15 gear from Skaven and Lv17 / Lv18 gear from Master Moulder Vitchek in Altdorf
Destro can farm Lv11 gear from Enraged Souls and Lv19 gear from Bloodpelt Gors/Ungors

Ahh Darn. So If they increase lvl cap to either 11 or 15, one side or the other is going to be unhappy.

Yep so u better not increase level cap up until T2 is ready and to level 20 ^^. So like 7-8 months from now b4 a level cap will be seen
?

I would actually like being underpowered. It makes the kills more of an achievement. I'm referring to when I mentioned in advice chat that I want the level cap at 11 or 15 and I want my KBs to work. A certain unnamed character who may or may not be involved wit the game development said "in a few days you will die from happiness" I realize now that a new lvl cap would create an imbalance.

Tactics maybe? Thats the next mechanic that comes into play.
