Return of Reckoning

In the past several skills have been changed, got additional effects or new functionalities. The ingame tooltips nevertheless haven't been adjusted to show this. (e.g WAAAAAAAGH!, BB, DYG, and so on)
Is there a reason for this, like tooltips are client-based or did you "just" haven't got the time yet, due to more importat stuff?^^

Right now you can see the correct tooltips only in the Career Builder and it would just be a QoL-improvment, if the ingame versions did the same^^

They cant til they relase openly client controll

They are internally testing it but it waa said they want for it to have zero issues at relase

Okay, I thought it would be something like this and was just curious^^
