Return of Reckoning

There has been quite a few times in the past week that i get a queue pop for a scenario but it wont let me accept it because it says that i am in combat but i am just standing in a safe zone area by vendors, I''ll hit the accept but give me a minute to try to move away more to see if it helps but then the countdown goes to 0 and then i get hit with the 10 minute debuff. There has also been an issue when my friend and I will join party together but it wont let us switch over to join with party on the scenario queue. We ultimately have to reform the party, sometimes a couple times in order for us to be able to queue together.
