Return of Reckoning

I've seen people in-game riding both of these mounts and yet none of the mount vendors--be they in Altdorf or any of the camps--show them. Only the chestnut, skewbald, and palomino colors. Is this some kind of bug with the vendors or is there some other mysterious way of obtaining these horses?

So many views and no replies, LOL. Is this really such a mystery?

You used to be able to buy them, you are not able anymore, nothing much more to it than that.

Seriously? Just "if you bought one before, you can still have it, but if not you're **** outta luck?" That's ... kinda crappy. Intentionally done or a bug no one's bothered to fix? It just seems like a weird thing to do (or not do if it's a bug).

There's also /advice and the RoR discord channel if people aren't answering questions fast enough to please you via the forums :^)

Not really a big deal at all for a 50% mount... You're using it for what a few weeks at most? A lot less if you're serious about getting 40.

I actually did that, for the past several days. >_< I don't like spamming channels for answers to just one question, so I'd only ask a few times a day, at most. I actually try very hard NOT to annoy people, sorry if I've given the impression otherwise? Just kinda frustrated. =<

Well, for me, it's sort of an RP thing? Probably doesn't make a whole lot of sense, since I get the impression the vast majority of the folks playing RoR aren't RPers, but I really had my heart set on my dark foreboding witch hunter astride an equally dark-looking horse, rather than the cheery shades of brown all the others are, LOL.

Plus with as awful as I am making gold, I'll probably still be using that 50% speed mount for QUITE awhile after dinging 40, until I save up the 100g for the lvl 38 versions. XD

With pve you can make 50g an hour farming. Crafting is another fast way (cultivate and sell goldweed is pretty steady easy money). Best way to just earn up while leveling is to stop paying the healer for the wounds debuff every time you die; just play cautiously for 3 minutes (in pve it's worth it for the 15 min debuff however).

With a WH starting at 23 you can solo farm pretty damn easily; gets amazing once you can get dragon gun too.

To answer your question... you're still able to obtain your black horse as long as you're in a guild with rank 28 or higher. You'll find the vendor in the guild hall of AD/IC. It's 10 Gold as well. Have fun with your new black mount! RIDE ON!

By your statement am i to assume that the 60% mounts are kinda mandatory for rank 40 RVR?
