Return of Reckoning

Hello, i play BO from official beta and i've many changes of this classe,we have lost the morale 2 Pbae bump and damage, is for me the greatest lose, because that's was funny but i know this is a bit OP.

black orc has 3 warcry, working all on same mechanic :25% of you attack proc the shout but ...:

-da toughest ( 25% on attack heal you for 470 hp) don't work like this, i explain, black orc has one tactic, called loudmouth, will deal some damage on warcry proc, but when i use da toughest,loudmouth work well,but in combat log i see 6 loudmouth proc for 2 toughest proc... is a will of developper or just a bug ??
On paper if loudmouth proc is because da toughest have proc, why is not the fact ??

heal proc of Da tought has CD but, 25 % chance do it more. So that is why in 10 sec u can proc 1 time heal but proc warcry tactics more then 1. It.s works on all tactics on tought warcry since opening. Also that as on off servers too.

This is known and working as intended. The bellow can proc just like any other, but it can't refresh the wounds buff. That's why loudmouth procs so much, you can test it with ap tactic also. The bellow would be useless if loudmouth proced only once every 10 seconds.

No. The ap tactic works just like with the toughest bellow. You have to realize da biggest works in the same way as da toughest, but the difference is that the wounds buff can't be refreshed. So basically, the bellow is procing a lot, like da toughest, but once the wounds buff is triggered, it has to last 10 seconds until another one can activate. In the mean time, the wounds buff is 'procing' (which also procs the ap tacti), but as I said, once a buff is activated, it has to last 10 seconds.

Ok i ve test this thanks for help , but when i trigger da greenest, he have same duration ( 10 sec) is autorefresh with a new proc, why is not same with toughest ?, you can try yourself, you will see.So i deduce, is a will of developpers ? why ? :/

Well it would be weird to have a permanent 47 wounds buff. Also, if it could refresh, there would be no healing component of the buff, which would make it even more useless.
