Return of Reckoning

Hi, I just returned from a long absence and decided to restart a character. I deleted said character and tried to name a new one with the same name. I got the invalid name / duplicate name message. Is there currently a length of time the servers need or some other issue? The name doesn't show up on armory.

I did try the same with another character and that had the same issue.

Servers need a restart for the name to free up. Normaly one a week
