Return of Reckoning

So I am 16 at time of this post:

I just specced "Path of da Green" and 3 points in my Mastery build is the talent" Waaaah Frenzy". It is supposed to reduce my Build time of "I'll take that" by .5 sec. "I'll take that" is still showing 2 sec cast- and while casting I compared it to another 2 sec cast by watching the countdown and it did not reduce it to 1.5 sec...

I am confused- if you have points to the trait (which is on point 3) shouldn't that skill be a 1.5 sec cast now? All 3 bars are yellow too- so i did spend the points

Also the talent " Waaaah Frenzy" is still red- am i missing something- or is it a bug?

Like I said I am new - so maybe I don't understand

In the mastery trees you have to invest points to get to the tactic/ability level then use another point to buy it.

ok so i may want to ignor buying it to save a point for the better talents? Is that how it works - thank you

Not working even when i have the the talent now:

I am paying for a respec

Build time should be cast time right? It is still showing 2 sec cast - when comparing to another 2 Sec cast and screen tip shows same cast time and AP should have went up to cast- it doesnt - logged in and out same issue

After "purchasing" the skill (by putting a point into it, at the earliest of Lv 17), did you equip the Tactic?

You get 1 Tactic per 10 lvls (10, 20, 30, and 40) for a total of 4 slots. Right now you probably have one slot, and by 17 you should have 2-3 Tactics. Only one can currently be equipped.

Press V, go to the tactics tab, click and drag the tactic you purchased down to your Tactics slots (default is bottom-left of your screen).
