A guide to the UK

Was helping a chap ruin farm and we got chatting, turns out he was Italian and got very confused by the nature of my nation so here is a, tongue in cheek, guide to the UK
The UK is a country
Great Britain is the UK
The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland is the full name.
Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland are all countries, they all have thier own government.
England does not have it's own government, but it is a seperate country.
Britain has a government and the British government is in England.
England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland are all run by the British government and by thier own governments (except England, which is fully controlled by the British government).
Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are run by the English, who control the British government.
Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland can change English law through the British government.
The English can not change Scottish, Northern Irish or Welsh laws passed through thier government.
An elected democratic parliment passes laws that an unelected nobility can decide to vote not to pass.
Each country (except England) has an elected leader and Britain has an elected Prime Minister leading the nation (UK)
An unelected monarch rules everyone but is not allowed to rule anyone.
Hope that clears it all up
