Return of Reckoning

Hello,
Like the title said it, I'm at step 8 of the Epic Orc quest T3
I'm just in Kolaz Umgal to collect 20 barrels of powder.
I saw a vidz it consist just in clicking some stuff. I can see those barrels there is few couple of it i check them just one by one and none can be clic, none of them!

Is it a bug?
Someone can explain me if i doing something wrong?

If this is will of the warboss EQ, and I'm not at a computer so I can't check so I apologize, then you have to get the PQ to stage 2. Just did this recently with a friend.

The PQ in bfp with that stunty hold, orc catapult, weird BW in the road and the beast man woods behind and below the hold; then yes this PQ has to get to state 2 to spawn the barrels.
