For scenarios and roaming, would a white lion be better than a sw to duo with?

for sure...I would even say that 1 WL > SW + WH

SW/WH only work as a duo if you have an offensive IB/Beastlord tank with you.

That would be a trio, cutie. I’ll probably have him play a WL then.

Or even a WL/WH combo. WL can be very mobile, so you can avoid the zergs easier than a SW, and WH can stealth to avoid groups if you just want to be a goon squad.

For the past week I've been playing with my brother, who is an almost complete noob at this game.
For now, we roam in T1 as 2 WH, and I have to say, it's really nice.
Coordinating surprise attacks is very fun and rewarding.

You've gotta try a 6-man WH squad. It's hilarious taking on half a warband and living.

Hmm two wh's doesn't sound like a bad idea. I was thinking WL due to how bursty they can be but two wh's could work too. He is also a total noob <3

WH is plenty bursty as well
