These rings drop from Kryia Sek, the lair boss and former ring beastlord in Kadrin Valley, next to Gromril Junction.
If anyone has any that werent suddenly bound to characters they equipped it on or theyre sitting in your bank, I'm willing to pay 300g per ring.
