Launcher Opens with notepad

How do I make the launcher not associated with notepad? Everytime i download it, it defaults to notepad, this is very annoying.
That's because you selected notepad to be the default application for Windows to open .rar files.
You need to install WinRar to open the file and extract the launcher.
