can not launch the game?

Hi everybody,
the game doesn't launch could you help me?
Im french my english is very poor, could you help in french?

i have this problem as well, it just started happening. i was playing fine then disconnected from server, when i tried to log back on the launcher was doing this.

Yeah! How dare they interrupt the service like that without announcing the customers beforehand?
