Return of Reckoning

I tryed all solutions in stickers technical support and still cant run my game properly.
I always get error and game start without characters on screen. No server load ever.

Make sure .net framework is up to date and you should also check directx is at the level RoR requires it to be

Netframework is last version and i alowed in windows framwork 3.5.
What is version of directx recomanded please?
