Subject says it all.

Anyone clearly define where the three quests are turned in at?
1. This is WAR!
2. The Gift's of WAR!
3. The Power of WAR!

I'm trying to save up my seals and these seem to be the best option? I just can't ever remember where they are turned in because the quest nomenclature is so vague. Please Help!

Also, are there any sticky seal farming repeatable quests?

T2 WC; T3 WC, T4 WC. Any of the warcamps you can turn in seal quests (one for each tier) and they are all repeatable.
