Return of Reckoning

Actually have 3 tokens, 1 from Talabecland cave and 2 from Altdorf. Where is quest for last 4th skaven token, and what is this name? I heard is somewhere in High Pass Warcamp but really can't find.

Don't know the name but fairly certain it's the kill quest in High Pass.

Where: High Pass warcamp / RvR / Capital City
Queststarter: Captain Hans Boschmar
What to do: Finish the questline!

If I remember correctly, he is west of the flightmaster in the High Pass WC.

He is the Chosen standing next to the orc tent in High Pass war camp next to the ramp leading down to the rvr field.

I am stuck or clueless with the quest for the ring. Went to talabecland, talked to gruber.check. no follow quest though...

Next is to talk to the guy next to the portal I think. Some of those don't have quest markers above the npc
