Return of Reckoning

Hello everybody,

When I launch ROR launcher, WEB SERVER is green but LOGIN SERVER is red and the following error appears :
Could not connect to Login server
System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (0x80004005): Aucune connexion n’a pu être établie car l’ordinateur cible l’a expressément refusée 46.105.54.77:8000
at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Connect(IPAddress[] addresses, Int32 port)
at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Connect(String host, Int32 port)
at RoRLauncher.Client.Connect()

Pls help me, I don't know if it's normal or so, but I did nothing wrong, I'm a new player with a lvl 22 KOTBS, that I don't want to lose.
