Return of Reckoning

Impetuous Apprentice for Honorable Deceit T3 Dark Elf Epic quest are no where to be found in the area even checked with some videos online to confirm the location. The PQ enemies aren't in the area either.

Sorry for necro posting, but I've encountered same problem, PQ Trial by fire looks broken as mobs are missing.
